ACM is manufactured as a composite sheet material with high strength and rigidity ACM is capable of being re-formed and shaped to the specifier’s requirements, resulting in a smooth and attractive finish. It can be fabricated into Trays or Cassettes, which can include curves and shapes as well as flat panels.

Consists of a non-toxic polyethylene core bonded between 0.5mm aluminium facing and backing sheets - The facing sheet features a durable colour coating.

Coating is a 3 layer PVDF (70% Kynar 500) 33 microns thick - Excellent weathering properties.

The low maintenance free surface is suitable for most environmental condition including harsh urban and industrialised areas. It blends well with other materials including glass.

ACM can be fabricated into Trays, Cassettes, Curves, Shapes, Flat Panels and Sharp Corners.

Reynobond^® is a composite panel consisting of an extruded thermoplastic compound core that’s fusion bonded between two sheets of coil-coated aluminium. The result is a highly corrosion-resistant, rigid-yet-flexible and light weight material.

Temperature behaviour

Operating temperatures

ACM is operational at all temperatures in the range -50^oC to +80^oC. Thermal expansion of the aluminium sheets is 2.3 mm per metre per 100^oC temperature change.

Electromagnetic shielding

ACM inhibits propagation of electromagnetic radiation, and has applications in environments where radiation is emitted such as airports, military installations, hospitals and computer centres.
