Milton Park, Egham
Architect: Dunthorne Parker Architects
Product: [Fibre C]

Leading rainscreen cladding manufacturer and distributor, Cladding Solutions (CSL), has provided two of their products to provide visitors to an exciting new modern office building with a reflective and contrasting finish that creates a very memorable first impression.

Designed by Dunthorne Parker Architects and built by Crispin & Borst, the building at Milton Park in Egham has the enviable position of being located within a mature historic parkland. To complement the unique location, Dunthorne Parker decided to clad the building in a subtle-toned material with a depth and character that wouldn't fade with time. Anolok anodised aluminium cladding from Cladding Solutions provided the answer.

Dunthorne Parker, commissioned to design Milton Park by Sackville Developments, specified some 1,200m² of Anolok Cassettes in three different shades of bronze - 543, 544 and 545 - to create a natural tile-like pattern. A big advantage of Anolok is that the aluminium is resistant to UV light so it reflects light whilst resisting fading. This ensures a long lasting bronze appearance. A fashionable material predominately used in the 1970s, Anolok is having something of a resurgence thanks to its durability and unique appearance.
